Quite often customers will call us months after they had a small water leak; where they did not think much about collateral damage due to the fact that it was just a small water or drain over flowing from a drain being clogged. As we inspect and evaluate the situation we find that there is mold caused from the original leak or clog where the area was not being properly dried causing the property owner to replace cabinets, walls, flooring, etc… then on top of all that as if that was not enough the insurance rates are increased. to avoid situations such as this the area needs to be properly dried.
In the photo No More Odor responded to a home owners call where the toilet over flowed. In this case we had to cut some of the carpeting to allow us to properly dry it. We used big area mover fans, Ozone Generators as well as Hydroxyl Generator to properly dry out the floors and walls. This saved the home owner from filing an insurance claim and having a rate increase. If it was a small leak under the sink or a flood, we respond ASAP as the faster we properly dry the the water damage area the chance of having a mold issue a few weeks later are nullified. Properly drying of the area is especially important here in Florida as Florida is already prone to mold issues from the environmental humidity.
